-Review applications & sort out qualified candidates
-Conduct phone interview & filtering
-Design & conduct Pr-employment Test
-Conduct Competency based interviews to obtain work history, turnover rates, core competencies to select the best candidate who matches the vacancy job description & company’s criteria
-Coordinate with technical managers & shortlisted candidates for technical interviews
-Contact accepted candidates & send them final Job offer proposal
