The primary objective of this role is to :
- Develop, and execute "Mnbaa" human resources strategies in all functions and make sure that employee/ company relation is a win/win relationship.
- Enhance our policies, procedures with a clear focus on developing and coaching Human assets, and Branding "Mnbaa" working environment as a positive, learning and friendly environment that open the path for fast promotions and higher positions to those whom are passionate, self-learners, have sense of commitment and ownership.
Job description :
Compensation and benefits
• Monitoring staff’s compensation and benefits.
• Implementing compensation processes: base payment, Commissions, Incentive programs, deduction and annual payments.
• Maintaining employees’ records related to attendance, leaves, and transfers.
• Following up employee’s credits concerning vacations, absences, and overtime.
• Updating employee’s files concerning their papers, insurance, job description, deals, and evaluation performance.
Recruitment and hiring process
• Scheduling new employees’ orientation.
• Creating and updating accurate interview forms for the new jobs.
• Interpreting company’s policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
Structuring
• Developing and implementing company policy.
• Constructing clear structure for company.
• Clearing employees’ Job Description and tasks.
• Evaluating employee’ performance.
• Updating organization’s chart and collecting all departments’ procedures and manuals.
Training
• Planning long term plan needed for improving employee’s performance.
• Recording all company’s important data to be used for employees’ training.
• Develop company's internship policy, tailor the intern programs.
Job Requirements :

• Creative Thinker with passion and determination to make things happen, taking on every task with a hands-on approach.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management preferred to be in an IT background.
• Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations.
• Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement (preferred)
Location :
• Mansoura, Egypt
Working Hours :
• From 9:00 To 18:00, with a total of 40 hours per week (excluding breaks)
• 5 days per week (Thursday, Friday Off)
Salary :
3.000 - 5.000 EGP + Bonus.
