1. Responsible for all human resource activities including; Recruitment, Compensation, labor relations, Benefits, Training and Development.
2. Responsible for managing the performance management system.
3. Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.
4. Design and conduct new employee orientations.
5. Conduct TNA and schedule training and development courses.
6. Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
7. Perform specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested.
Qualifications:
• B.sc degree in business administration or relevant
• HR postgraduate studies is a must.
• 2 or 3 years’ extensive experience in all HR functions.
• Must be Nasr City, Heliopolis residents or nearby.
