Need urgently “Sales Manager” for (Ismailia , Suez , Portsaid and sharkia ) Branchs :
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Achieve medium and long term sales targets according to the directives and KPIs defined by Management.
• Based on the overall company targets, define sales targets per account (customers acquisition, retention, and expansion targets), and establish KPIs to monitor sales performance.
• Develop and coordinate sales methodology according to sales targets and products and service lines.
• Directly manage major and critical customer accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
• Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals and tenders.
• Establish and implement short and long term departmental goals, policies and operating procedures.
• Generate and interpret sales forecast to estimate future incomes and assess sales performance.
• Assign tasks and accountabilities for current and future accounts.
• Oversee sales lifecycle approving eligible tasks and proposals.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.
Qualifications:
- University degree with 4+ years of work experience in selling technology solutions and/or digital media solutions .
