[Telesales Agents are urgently needed to work for a Multinational Digital Media Agency. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree. • Language school graduates is a must. • Fluency in written and spoken English/Arabic. • 6 months to 1 year of professional experience • Business to Business Selling Experience is a MUST. • Excellent Sales Skills. • Proficiency in using MS Office application. • Strong verbal communication skills. • Able to effectively multi-task and work at a fast pace. • Excellent time management, communication, analytic and organizational skills. • Strong reporting and writing skills. • Strong objection management and sales techniques. • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude. • Must be able to work well under pressure. • Punctual and responsible. Responsibilities: • Prospecting national and international clients by various means, including calling and mailing, and obtaining valid information. • Achieves monthly and quarterly goals of qualified opportunities created/accounts activated (or re-activated). • Converting inbound leads to sales qualified leads using industry best practices and internal techniques. • Maximize sales to existing customers. • Reports on a daily basis on the calls done & the target achieved. • Tracks activities, leads, and pending deals in sales CRM, and participate in daily, weekly & monthly activities. • Manages and monitors pipeline of new & current leads. • Reporting customer transactions and entering data regularly into the CRM system. • Processes and qualifies leads generated from marketing Campaigns. • Sends daily, weekly & Monthly reports to Sales Operations Manager. • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. • Driving revenue by effectively addressing the client's business need, offering appropriate value proposition solutions and closing accounts over the phone. • Analyze, identify and quantify target markets to find new business contacts. • Conduct negotiations with clients to drive lasting.
