Title: International Call center Advisor (German Account)
**JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Handle German Customers inquires and complaints.
-Log customer details on the CRM.
-Provide customer with accurate information and right solutions.
-Performs other duties as assigned by management
**REQUIREMENTS:
1) Graduates and Undergraduates
2) Fluent German
3) Excellent communication & problem solving Skills
4) Flexible with shift basis (9 hours rotational shifts 5 days a week and 2 days off)
5) Egyptian Nationality and Foreigners
