Job Summary:
To give a support to the QHSE manager for KPIs data entry and analysis as well as updating of the QHSE management system.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree. (Preferably AUC, GUC, BUE, MIU, MSA, or AAST Graduates)
• The position demands a proven track record in a Receptionist/Secretarial/Office Management position
• Minimum of 1 year’ experience.
Duties:
• Data input of IMPACT
• Updating the IMPACT
• Data input for the(TSP)KPI and updating the TSP targets for all company's personnel.
• Data input for the monthly HSE report
• Data input for the PPR(Personal Performance Report).
• Distribution the following graphs:
• Monthly safety KPIs progress(to QHSE manger)
• Monthly TS KPIs progress(to QHSE manger)
• Monthly PPR KPIs Progress (to QHSE manger)
• Monitor the TSP target –Mangers target and communicate it to the QHSE manger
• Handling QHSE meeting including minutes of meetings record keeping
• Control the HSE promotional items
• Translate any HSE documents into Arabic if required by The HSE manger or supervisor
• Input of HOC register and updating the total HOC register for the company
• Quality report updating monthly
Job Specification:
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Preferably Language school graduates
• Proficiency in using MS Office application
• Computer Literate
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
