The vacancy is a temporary opening that may become a permanent job if the candidate proves high performance. The job includes the following responsibilities:
- Receive and transfer telephone calls
- Process written communication (fax, emails, logging and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence, ... etc.)
- Support company management and staff in typing and preparing correspondences and reports.
- follow up on stock level of printwork (letter head, envelopes, company profile, ... etc.)
- any additional secretarial work that may develop and matches the candidate's skills and capabilities.
