Plans, directs, and controls the monthly financial and accounting work plan.
Ensures proper external and internal reporting to the shareholders, board of directors, auditors, and taxes in accordance with the Egyptian Accounting Standards Provides monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.
Ensures that the financial systems are operating effectively and efficiently and is responsive to the needs of various users in the Company.
Projects operating costs and targeted sources of Finance.
Establishes, coordinates and administers an adequate plan for the control of operations including profit planning, programs for capital investing and financing, sales forecasts, expense budgets and cost standards together with the necessary controls and procedures to effectuate the plan.
Coordinates, consolidates, reviews and endorses budget proposals of each function in coordination with the CFO in order to develop the overall company budget.
Establishes and administers tax policies and procedures in coordination with the Tax Consultant and ensures the proper maintenance of the set policies and procedures.
Ensures the protection of company assets through proper internal control and ensuring proper insurance coverage.
Qualifications
Very good working knowledge of legal accounting and auditing standards,
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), tax regulations,
and company law Very good knowledge of financial analysis,
planning and budgeting

Other Skills
