•Develop and update the company’s Organization Chart. •Develop a salary scale for current and
future positions according to the market using surveys and analysis. •Participates in developing
department goals, objectives and systems. •Training programs development through training needs
analysis for each department. •Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance
evaluation program and revises as necessary. •Support organization development initiatives and
conduct training sessions on various subject matters. •Prepare analyses on various HR initiatives across
the organization. •Use core HR systems, functional knowledge, analytics, and appropriately apply HR
policies, laws, and regulations. •Develop HR Process Cycles. •Create through leaders/managers a
positive work culture which drives employee engagement and productivity.
Qualifications •Bachelor degree in any discipline. •4-5 years of experience in the HR field. •Fluent
English language and excellent linguistic skills. •HR Diploma is a major plus. •Solid experience in
developing organization charts and salary scales. •Ability to travel outside Egypt if needed.
