• Establishing, maintaining and operating a planning system in accordance with the planning
procedures & providing a consistently high level of service. • effectively and professionally leading the
planning function on multiple live projects (residential, extra care, mixed use) ensuring the production
teams are delivering the project time objectives • Working as part of production team, but with dual
role as independent assessor of progress, giving confidence in project status to senior management. •
Liaising with broader planning community especially technical department. • Ensuring compliance with
all current Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements. • Agreeing with the Project Team on the
level of planning service and anticipating the time allocation to provide this service. • Planning &
preparing in conjunction with the production team to obtain optimum working programs to meet
project objectives ,covering design, procurement, enabling, construction, commissioning, handover&
client key dates as appropriate. • , monitoring and reporting as necessary progress against programs,
suggesting appropriate mitigation actions. • Managing time and workload to ensure deadlines are met.
Highlighting any potential work overload to Line Manager as soon as it is apparent.
Qualifications • B.S.C in engineering. • Fluent spoken and written English is a must. • Excellent
knowledge in primavera 6. • Minimum 1-3 years of experience.
