• Drafting, reviewing and completing documents and fillings for dividends & capital injections
• Company secretarial duties including preparing board packs and completing minutes
• Drafting, negotiation and execution of commercial contracts
• Provide advice across a broad range of general legal queries including corporate commercial, employment, financial regulations etc.
• Register and archive all trademarks and intellectual properties related to company.
• Provide Legal Advice and support to legal issues and analyses and identify legal risks and implications
• Guiding managers on regulatory and compliance matters
Qualifications
• Bachelors of Law (LLB).
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent drafting skills.
• More than 2 years of legal and contracts experience including most of the practice areas listed above. • Experience in the engineering, construction or procurement in any other areas will also be highly advantageous.
• Must have proficient using Microsoft Word.
