• operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers
• Track maintenance requests for office equipment
• Issue work orders to appropriate trade people or maintenance officers
• match work orders to invoices and send invoices for payment
• provide and maintain business premises and other facilities, including plant machinery and equipment
• Responsible for corporate lines, follow problems, and monthly payment.
• Responsible for corporate internet connections and monthly payment
• Responsible for printing logbooks and other printing materials
Qualifications
BSc degree or any Experience from 1-3 years Fair English language
Education major Accounting
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
