Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspection of all set ups and configuration of CCTV, Fire Alarm Control Panel.
Handling guest complain at Radisson blu and forwarding to managements
Hands on operation and reconfiguration of CCTV, and Fire Alarm System.
Monitor Fire Alarm System, CCTV system and Access Control System.
Prepare monthly report for the whole system.
Strong Observation of people and labour on duty site
Watching carrying and monitoring all type of vehicle and client premises
Maintaining records of all incidents, accidents on duty site
Well behave and polite treatment with public/visitor/client and staff on duty site
Reporting of all incident and maintain their proper log book
