Call Center Representative is required for recognized Security Company with the following criteria:
Job Duties:
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
Qualifications
Gender: Males only
Age: from 25 – 40 years
Experience: at least 2 years of experience in call centers.
Language skills: Excellent command of English language.
Computer skills: Very good command of Ms. Office
Other skills: Customer Focus, Customer Service, Verbal Communication, Problem Solving, Multi-tasking.
Work Conditions
Work Location: Zamalek.
Working hours: Working with rotational shifts. 2 days off after 6 working days
