Duties :
• Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
• Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
• Handles Interaction with users: community engagement, social commerce, lead and conversations in social media, monitoring, online media, information sources and social channels
• Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
• Handles Online Presence and enhancing company over all digital foot print, in regards to Company Website, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand.
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;
• Monitoring competitor activity;
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organization and the campaign;
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Same Field
• Real Estate Background is A Must.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent Computer Skills & Communication skills
• Photoshop background is preferable.
