Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• 4 - 7 years marketing experience, events and media
• Fashion Retail Background or at least suitable Retail Background.
• Marketing Channels solid experiences (Protocols, projects, loyalty program, Affinity Programs, marketing promotions …)
• Ability to accurately translate business requirements into marketing oriented programs and materials and establish and measure KPI’s.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Regular basics in either Photoshop or illustrator.
• He/She should have regular basics in using design software.
• Creative person to be able to deliver a lot with small budget
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide reporting on success of marketing programs.
• Define the Brand Consumer experience strategy to both push the brand awareness/desirability and business.
• Manage retail marketing and events agencies.
• Own retail brand image and brand experience responsible.
• Organizing and attending events such as conferences,seminars,receptions and exhibitions.
• Contributing market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
• Contributing to and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
• Expand social marketing strategy disciplines, content development ,and processes.
• Follow,guide,and develop brand voice standards for various brands.
• Manage various platforms including facebook,twitter,you tube, and other community locations.
• Consider ways to communicate clients advertising message, which are consistent with the creative strategy.
