- BA Degree in relevant engineering and IT discipline with through knowledge of change management processes and other key disciplines or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in similar of higher role with multinational company, preferably from the OIL & Gas sector.
- Good knowledge of various aspects of information technology, reservoir monitoring petroleum engineering projects operations and business planning strategy integrity management especially offshore installations.
- Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to develop innovate and think beyond the boundaries, excellent interpersonal skills, presentation & communications skills.
- Proficient in English.
