Job Description

Job Type : Full Time (Shift Basis-From 9am to 5pm & from 4pm to 10pm “Rotational”)
Career Level : Entry Level
Location: Heliopolis, Cairo. Egypt

Responsibilities: 
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person efficiently & with good communication skills in order to provide information about products & services or to obtain details of complaints
- Able to successfully handle multiple tasks Manage duties and special projects as assigned.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent English, any other language is a plus
- Candidate must be service-oriented, possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Flexible with the working hours & welcome change/improvements
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Highly motivated & prepared to work hard
