Job Description :
- Link & follow-up with advertising agencies.
- Brief the agencies about the needed advertising campaigns.
- Conducts meetings with people from various media.
- Conducts the payments procedures to issue invoices for already performed activities.
- Responsible for all BTL activities.
- Prepares all payment documents to be sent to TMC for the claim.
- Acquires the necessary information for a marketing research project to be used in the planning and implementation of the communication activities.
- Follow up on all TE showrooms once each month and present a showroom status report to the marketing department.
- Responsible for the production of all the sales tools (roll ups, specs stands and showroom special display) depending on the showroom status report results.
- Managing the production and design of TE line up brochures.
- Analyzing and investigating price, demand and competition.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies for activations & promotional activities
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
- Writing reports.
- Organizing events and product exhibitions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Integrated Marketing or Business Administration from (AUC, GUC, AAST, MIU).
- Experience: 2-5 years.
- Good teamwork & communication skills.
- Good organization and planning skills.
- Adaptability.
- Commercial awareness.
- Automotive background (preferred).
