●Lead the design of the web and mobile applications interface/user experience
●Improve and streamline the existing mobile interface
●Provide design elements to be incorporated by the development team Introduce new tools and processes as needed to improve production pipeline
●Launch and measure impact of new interface design
●Grow design team to meet production needs
●Overall responsibility for understanding a customer's brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces.
●Develops understanding of the end users of the website/application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, traffic data).
●Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios.
●Incorporate usability testing feedback
●Prepares low fidelity prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brain storming.
