Main Duties:
• Achieving 100% of the predetermined monthly production plan
• Monitoring waste rates, Analyzing root causes and Applying means to reduce waste
• Maintaining quality of product is being produced within specifications and correcting any kind of deviation.
• Managing, Monitoring and allocating duties to operators and workers
• Developing and recommending improvements of facilities, equipment or procedures to improve safety, quality and efficiency
• Education: Electrical, Mechanical or Production Engineering graduate.
