Company overseas spare parts payments :
Receive invoices stamp, register and send it for further certification by logistics team.
Ensure that proper paperwork required for payment.
Prepare payment letters with required signatures.
Supplier statement reconciliations.
Prepare required financial settlements.
Payment to suppliers is made to according to management priority.
Company local purchases payments (non technical stores)
Receive and review appropriate proper work.
Prepare required financial settlements needed for payment.
Release checks after the banking signatures.
Receive G / R after receiving and prepare financial settlements as required.
Company petty cash :
Receive and review petty cash paper work (purchases and customs fees)
Prepare financial settlements and check release as required.
Company bank procedures :
Monitor liquidity situation.
Reconcile bank statement ( ledger balance and actual bank balance).
Solve Differences and prepare necessary financial settlements.
Prepare cash flow in and out according to the business and management priority.
Company budgeting :
Prepare expenditures budget for operating budget and investment budget according to the business strategy.
Receive the proper supporting documents (business plan, feasibility studies, etc... )
Prepare budget to actual status with variance analysis.
Monitor budget execution progress and control budget reservation sequence.
Liaise with the local Governmental auditors and other parties in the above mentioned scope
Participate in committees for reviewing Contracts with Local and Overseas Suppliers for Purchases and Services as required.
Perform any other duties as per his / her qualifications and accumulated trainings.
