Tour Operator required
For A company located In Mohandseen Area
Responsible for:
- Promote and sell holiday and/or business travel products to customers.
- Deal with complicated customers itineraries.
- Handle customer orders and payments.
- Handle enquiries and bookings from agents.
- Advise clients about different information related to travel services.
- Deal with complaints.
- Liaise with other travel agencies and other key partners such as hotels regarding bookings.
- Working with account to ensure that proper invoicing is done.
- Sending out vouchers and pre-departure info for all confirmed bookings.
Skills and Abilities:
Tour Operator will need to show and always develop evidence of the following which will be part of His/Her evaluation within the company:
- Good Knowlade at TOURISM Field.
- Experience 2 years at least
- Good English Is a MUST.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organised and meticulous approach to work.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to flourish in a competitive environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work under pressure
