Responsible for planning, managing and ensuring smooth implementation of the Assigned Project.
Responsible for effective Site Administration which include Site Safety and Control of materials/plants on site.
Responsible for effectively Communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other relevant government authorities to achieve delivery objectives.
Responsible for Efficient project Implementation including: 1) Budgeting, 2) Quality Control and Assurance and 3) Monitoring of work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programmers.
Responsible for the Preparation of all Technical/ Construction Documentation/Specifications
Responsible for the Coordination of the activities of the design and construction teams.
Responsible for the optimum Understanding and Implementation of the relevant pricing model and Completing of the billing procedures and payment reimbursement.
