Job Description

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Must exceed all monthly target
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
  • Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their constant satisfaction.
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties,
  • Advising them on suitability and value of the homes they are vesting.
  • Act as intermediary  in negotiations between buyers and sellers , generally representing  one or the other
  • Advice clients on marketing conditions ,prices , legal requirements and related matters
  • Compare a property with the similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price
  • Confer with escrow companies, lenders, home, inspectors, and best control operators to insure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.
  • Coordinate property closing , overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds ,
  • Interview clients to determine what kind of property they are seeking
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts , purchase agreements , closing statements, deeds and leases
  • Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements , open houses , and participating in multiple listing service
