•Review, Print, and send the bank Statement on a daily basis. •Update the cash flow on daily and weekly basis •Organize and file all the documentation related to the bank •Record on oracle all the bank transactions and Reconcile the bank balance •Receive all the daily transactions for the inventory and record on the system •Have monthly physical count for all the inventory items •Prepare the monthly entries for inventor monthly movement and send it to the finance manager for approval •Receive the intercompany invoices from the regional office and record them on the Oracle on the related account in monthly basis. •Prepare the analyses for the each country on transaction level •Review all the intercompany balances and update the exchange rate for each transaction on quarterly basis •Review and record the Exceed and validate most of the customers work flow on weekly and monthly basis. •Follow up on all the customer collections and Prepare billing status report •Work on Oracle to pass all the needed adjustments ,Analyze and prepare all the Balance sheet accounts •Support in any tax required up on the tax consultant or tax inspector request. •Get trained 7 Assist in the annual fixed assets physical count. •Adjustments on oracle and accruals
