Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Qualifications 1.BA degree in Accounting 2.ACCA/CPA/CMA (would be preferable but not essential depending on the candidate) 3.Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in accounting field including balance sheet and income statement preparation and review (variance analysis included) 4.Audit experience is a plus but accounting is essential so a mix of both within the 4-5 years criteria is highly desired 5.Knowledge of IFRS (international Financial Reporting Standards) 6.Had previous experience in compliance and contract management, preferably 7.Ability to assist in procurement activities to an extent 8.Positive personality and the ability to work with team and multicultural organization 9.Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking 10.Proficiency into using ERP, Excel and PowerPoint 11.Very good in English - speaking and writing
