-Follow up with key users on a daily basis to ensure system is functioning properly. Communicate
effectively with IT department to ensure system problems related to connectivity and infrastructure is
clearly addressed. -Assess the as-is process design and propose improved process designs according to
business needs defined by business process manager. -Conduct a detailed analysis of new business
requirements and develop the Fit-Gap-Analysis document. -Properly communicate to end users new
changes in processes and offer them required training to operate the new changes on the system. -
Participate in any new ERP implementation projects inside or outside the GROUP companies
Qualifications Highly experienced in Enterprise Applications particularly in MS Dynamics AX As
Following: AX 2009 Fin 1 AX 2009 Fin 2 AX 2009 Trade and Logistics AX 2009 INV. Management *
Implemented at least 3 Projects
