Responsibilities:
- Managing and recording of sickness absence records.
- Lateness recording for the entire team.
- To be responsible for inputting absence and leave of absence forms.
- Managing the holiday’s process and recording of all staff holidays in the team.
- Assist with training and development administration, including keeping records of staff attending training.
- Responsible for shifts’ monthly schedules.
- Coordinating new hire paperwork, and new hire orientation meetings.
- Assisting with the creation of training manuals, HR manual, and employee handbook.
- Updating job descriptions, as needed.
- Coordinating and setting-up training classes or meetings.
- Writing and placing employment ads, as well as maintaining the applicant tracking database.
- Reviewing, screening, and maintaining applications and resumes.
- Coordinating 90-day and annual performance appraisal processes.
- Assisting with providing research for policies, training, strategic planning, and other human resource issues.
- Assisting with additional projects, as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree Or a Certificate in human resources is a must.
- Fluent English.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required.
- Good organizational skills required.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
