•Ensuring that the monthly payroll system in the line with salary taxation, Social Insurance laws and
company policies on monthly basis.
•Responsible of the Oracle system Payroll module running to insure the accuracy for the calculation.
•Calculating the monthly transaction such as incentive, overtime, loans, penalties, bonuses, profit
share…..etc.
•Handling the annual calculation of the employees’ salaries according to salary taxation laws.
•Implementing Benefits policies, in additional participating in the revising and updating
