Social Media Content Planning
o Develop and manage social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube…etc
o Partner with Branding team/agency to plan brand’s platform and brand marketing strategies and campaigns that leverage social media
o Develop compelling organic and paid content to engage targeted consumer groups whether through newspaper, magazines, online platforms, or any appropriate media
o Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on social media activities to show progress and communicate insights that enhance marketing strategies and campaigns
Social Media Management
o Work with cross-functional teams to estimate, source and create multimedia content for the brand’s social media platforms
o Craft and monitor social media on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
o Monitoring Competitor activities daily
Social Business Development
o Help grow the social media function
o Collaborate with other community engagement, to develop and share best practices whether for social media engagement, sales development, or marketing
o Organize, attend and stay updated with the latest events and exhibitions
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree
o AUC or GUC graduate
o 1-3 years’ experience planning and creating social media content and conversations on behalf of a brand or organization
o Excellent English language level both spoken and written. Other languages are a plus!
o Social Media Management and experience references
o Experience collaborating with integrated teams and developing integrated marketing strategies
o Strong creative writer, with ability to think strategically
o Comfortable extracting relevant insights from social media data to communicate results
o Early adopter of new technologies, blogs, newsletters and targeted activities
o Exhibits curiosity and desire to learn
o Strong communication skills
o Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity, self-directed and detail oriented
