Job Description

We're seeking for Key Accounts professional with minimum of 5 years working experience in Key Account Management or Trade Marketing with Retail knowledge. You must have strong coaching and people management skills, communication skills, conflict resolution skills, analytical skills and business planning skills.

Your main role is to assist in developing key account strategy map and integrate into the overall sales plan to achieve overall business objective and KPIs. You are also responsible to ensure that accounts manage contribute to the growth of Philip Morris market share through establishing and maintaining professional and profitable trade relations in order to achieve optimal distribution, full availability, recommended pricing, quality display and generate effective trial through retailer engagement.

RESPONSIBILITY

Build and maintain profitable business relations with Key Account customers through providing business consultancy and expertise, in order to promote Philip Morris products and image. 
Seek business development opportunities, in order to increase sales, ensure adequate stock levels, recommended prices and optimal display of Philip Morris brands. Pro-actively propose opportunities to Sales & Marketing management.
Actively participate in planning and developing strategic Key Account plans in line with overall Philip Morris strategy. 
Prepare the agreements with selected Key Accounts according to general Key Account strategy and make sure that all elements of the agreement are followed. 
Continuously evaluate key accounts performance in order to identify potential opportunities, design and implement corrective steps for improvement.
Develop and propose a yearly and monthly sales forecast and sales plan for the designated key accounts, develop and monitor the performance of sales plans (targets) per key account per brand. 
Suggest improvements to key account operations in order to increase sales volume and market share of Philip Morris brands.
Establish and maintain sound business relationships with key accounts. 
Provide professional service and support to key accounts in order to secure trade loyalty towards Philip Morris brands and ensure commitment to established agreements. Identify customer profile and define action plans to develop business.
Manage the Philip Morris brand portfolio within selected key accounts in order to enhance volume, ensure product availability, recommended pricing and avoid out of stock. 
Manage and communicate new brand launches within targeted key accounts.
In conjunction with Trade Marketing group devise and implement various programs and incentive schemes aiming to increase Philip Morris brand portfolio performance and strengthen customer relationships in the targeted accounts in order to contribute to company strategic or tactical objectives. 
Work closely with Trade Marketing Department in developing and implementing the most effective Key Accounts channel specific approach as well as with Brand Managers in coordinating Key Accounts specific promotions and brand communication in order to enhance Philip Morris strategic position.
Build and maintain solid image for Philip Morris as responsible corporation and preferred business partner, through providing professional and high quality services to the trade, following Business Conduct policies, and performing activities in line with Philip Morris Marketing Code. 
Continuously promote and provide consultancy to the trade on the principles and objectives of Youth Smoking Prevention Program. 
Follow Philip Morris policies and procedures and maintain in good condition all company equipment and property
