a) Min 1-2 years of International Inbound/outbound customer service experience (travel domain / industry is mandatory)
b) Knowledge of travel industry terminology and good grasp of geographical flight routes/airports specially for GCC market.
c) Basic knowledge & minimum 6 months of working experience with either or both of GDS systems (Sabre / Galileo)
d) Good communication skills (including English) as handling direct International calls from/across GCC countries.
