Forever Living Products will open its first Branch in Egypt soon. We are looking for a qualified Branch Supervisor to manage the Branch and daily operations.
Overall Responsiblities:
- Greet costumers when entering and leaving
- Dispatch products to customers as per the invoice
- Process orders using the point of sales
- Receive cash, cheque or credit card payment
- Monitor stock and inventory
- Reconciliation of payments received against the end of day sales
- Prepare daily sales and collection reports
- Prepare inventory reconciliation
- Presently deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Required Skills:
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Proactive, flexible team player with can do attitude
- Service minded and strong communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service, sales accounting and inventory an advantage
