Job description:
1- Maintain and update on a constant basis a comprehensive data base for all calibers may be needed
2- Design and publish attractive ads ; internally and externally
3- Collect & screen C Vs and short list convenient ones
4- Schedule appointments for candidates for filling applications and preliminary interview
5- Assists in updating Job Descriptions.
6- Able to understand and abide by the company's strategic demands in recruitment.
7- Helping in conducting the Training Needs Assessment & the training plan
8- Coordinate and evaluate the training process
9- Providing general support to other hr functions.
Language: Excellent command in both written and spoken English
Computer Skills: Proficient computer user especially Microsoft Office package
